Description of Stainless steel well screen pipe

The Stainless steel well screen pipe is composed of rib strips and V shaped wires through manufacturing

on specialized welding machine. The rib strips and V shaped wires will be welded by resistance welding,

has enough welding strength, equally slot gap, high corrosion resistance, large filter area,

good permeability, simple structure, 0.1mm slot gap, and can be select  by client in any way.

Materials: 304, 302, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel wire, or galvanized steel wire .
O.D: 1 inch, 3inch, 4inch, 6inch, 8inch, 10inch, 12inch, 14inch,
16inch,18inch, 20inch
the slot:0.1mm-45mm
the wire :2.0mm*30.mm,3.0mm*4.6mm,3.0mm*5.0mm
the rods:3.8mm/22, 3.8mm/32, 3.8mm/48, 3.8mm/50
The rod can be round wire, triangular wire or trapezoid wire.
The warp is triangular wire (V-shaped wire).
Styles of connection: by welding or by threaded male/female coupling.
