Multilayer packing screens are common used for oil and water exploiting. It consists of two layers Well Screens (Pipe Base Screens) or Multilayer Well Screens with gravel packing.
They have great sand controlling capacity, and so far it adopts an advanced sand controlling technology under the well.
We design to allow slurry to bypass sections that have bridged prematurely or become obstructed during gravel-pack operations. With multiple apertures located along the packing tubes in each screen, flow is redirected through the shunt tube system and the shunted screens more uniformly distribute the gravel or the slurry across the wellbore.
The gravel packing screen is made by the bridge slot screen ,drilling hole pipe and Johnson screen strainer pipe.
First the bridge slot screen and the Johnson strainer pipe were first welded together and then the gravel was put into the middle of the bridge slot screen and the Johnson screen.
